Meet Keysha A. Reynolds, LPC-S, LCMHC, NCC I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Supervisor offering a holistic approach to helping high-functioning women move beyond survival mode through therapy, nervous system healing, and integrative wellness. I am licensed in South Carolina, North Carolina, Florida, and Vermont. My work is rooted in the belief that healing happens when we are given the space, support, and tools to reconnect with who we truly are. So often, women are carrying trauma, anxiety, hormonal shifts, grief, life transitions, generational burdens, and the pressure of trying to hold everything together. My goal is to help you release what no longer serves you and return to yourself more grounded, empowered, and aligned. For more than six years, I have been passionate about helping others heal through a blend of evidence-based clinical modalities and holistic, complementary approaches. My work may include EMDR, somatic support, psychoeducation, reflective practices, spiritually integrated healing, and for eligible clients in Florida, Ketamine-Assisted Therapy, based on your needs and goals. I believe therapy should honor the whole person. That means your emotional world, your body, your story, your spirituality, your culture, and your values all have a place here. Our work together is your sacred space. It is a place where you can show up fully, process honestly, and be met without judgment.
