My goal is to provide you with the tools you need in order to be your best self and help you to regain control over your body and thoughts. For more than 6 years, my passion has been to help BIPOC heal using evidence based holistic and complementary modalities, as well as evidence based clinical modalities such as EMDR and techniques in order to overcome stress, depression, anxiety, limiting beliefs, and adjusting to life's changes. I also offer psychoeducational courses on meditation, anxiety, living a happy life, and detoxing your body. I am the mom of one amazing child who is on the Autism spectrum and am familiar with the challenges of parenting a child who is considered high functioning. I do not specialize in working with children on the spectrum, however, I am affirming to those on the spectrum. I am also an ally of the LGBTQ+ community, and alternative lifestyles communities, such as those who identify as polyamorous and kink. I believe that we create our own quality world. We choose who and what is in our world. I believe that we have the power to be who we want to be. I think the main reason we develop mental health issues is because we do not fully embrace the knowledge of self and that we CAN control our thoughts and limiting beliefs. Our time together is your sacred time and space to discuss what you'd like to without judgment. My goal is to assist you on your journey in a comfortable and safe environment. I invite you to bring in your cultural and spiritual beliefs/practices into your sessions. I have invested a lot of time and training to ensure that I am able to assist you on your journey to healing. I see each of you as an individual and as such provide custom services with your needs in mind. While, I do not provide medication management, I can recommend specific protocols featuring natural supplements and herbal remedies. If medication is needed, I will refer you to a trusted psychiatrist who can provide this service for you. My ultimate goal is provide a holistic wellness center that caters to BIPOC. Whether you want to work through your chakras, connect with your ancestors, experience a sound bath, learn to meditate, or process your thoughts and feelings via talk therapy, yoga trauma informed yoga therapy, assigned homework, journaling, EMDR, or other modalities, please reach out to schedule your session today.
